Situated next to the beautiful Varthur lake in Bangalore, this private residence is perched on the rooftop with breathtaking views. Designed and conceptualised in the Zen style, the spaces are kept clean and minimal. 

Bare concrete roof and wood flooring with highlights of red railing and lounge chair is a delight to the eyes. The colour tones are white with wood. Modern design Windmill Fan ASANA model was chosen for this project for is minimalistic and simple concept, blending effortlessly with Zen style.

1. Custom length ran rods
2. Special fan caps called ALILA caps to give the fan a more modern feel
3. Double coating of rust preventive Pure Polyester powder coating.
